1. Acceptance
By downloading or using FollowTab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What FollowTab does
FollowTab helps you track client follow-ups, reminders, invoice or proposal context, and message drafts. It is a productivity tool. It is not accounting software, legal advice, financial advice, or a debt collection service.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the clients, notes, invoices, reminders, and messages you create in FollowTab. You should review all imported details and message drafts before relying on them.
You are also responsible for making sure your follow-up messages comply with the laws, contracts, and professional standards that apply to your work.
4. Review before send
FollowTab may help prepare polite follow-up drafts, but it does not send messages automatically. You decide whether a message is accurate, appropriate, and ready to send.
5. Purchases
FollowTab may offer paid features through Apple in-app purchase, including FollowTab Pro Lifetime. Prices, taxes, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
If a purchase does not unlock correctly, use Restore Purchase in the app or contact support.
6. Availability and changes
We may update FollowTab to improve reliability, adjust features, fix bugs, or meet App Store requirements. Some features may change over time. We aim to keep the app focused, useful, and respectful of privacy.
7. No warranty
FollowTab is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that reminders, OCR, imports, notifications, or drafts will always be perfect or uninterrupted. Always use your own judgment for business-critical follow-up.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FanStudio Apps is not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of FollowTab.
