1. What FollowTab stores on your device
FollowTab may store the information you enter or import, including client names, company names, follow-up notes, invoice or proposal details, reminder dates, message templates, and app settings.
This information is stored locally on your device by default. FanStudio Apps does not operate a backend database for FollowTab customer records.
2. No account by default
You do not need to create a FanStudio Apps account to use FollowTab. We do not collect login credentials because the app does not require a login for its core workflow.
3. Imports, OCR, and message drafts
When FollowTab extracts details from an invoice PDF, screenshot, or document, that processing is designed to happen on device. Imported details should always be reviewed by you before saving.
Message templates and draft follow-ups are created for review. FollowTab does not automatically send emails, text messages, or collection notices.
4. Notifications
If you allow notifications, FollowTab uses iOS local notifications to remind you about upcoming follow-ups. Reminder content is scheduled on your device. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
5. Purchases
FollowTab may offer FollowTab Pro Lifetime as an in-app purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Apple may provide purchase status information needed to unlock or restore paid features.
6. Support email
If you contact us for support, we receive your email address, your message, and any files or screenshots you choose to include. We use that information to reply and troubleshoot the issue.
Please avoid sending private client information unless it is necessary. When possible, cover client names, contact details, invoice numbers, and amounts before sending screenshots.
7. Diagnostics
If you opted in to share diagnostics with Apple, Apple may provide aggregated crash or performance information. We use this to improve stability. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
8. Website analytics
The FollowTab website is part of fanstudioapps.com. The site may use consent-based analytics as described in the general FanStudio Apps privacy policy. Analytics are for understanding page visits and improving the site, not for selling personal information.
9. Data deletion and export
Because FollowTab stores app data locally by default, deleting items in the app or deleting the app affects the copy on your device. Use Settings > Export Data (CSV) to save a local copy before deleting the app.
For support emails you have sent us, contact fanstudioapps@icloud.com if you want us to delete messages associated with your email address, unless we need to keep limited records for security, legal, or operational reasons.
