FAQ

Does FollowTab send messages automatically?

No. FollowTab can help you prepare a follow-up draft, but you review it first and choose whether to send it.

Where is my client and follow-up data stored?

FollowTab is local-first. Your clients, reminders, templates, and follow-up notes are stored on your device by default.

Do I need an account?

No. FollowTab does not require a FanStudio account for the core workflow.

Why did I not receive a reminder?

Check that notifications are allowed for FollowTab in iOS Settings. Also confirm the follow-up has a future reminder date and that Focus mode is not hiding notifications.

Can I import invoice details from a screenshot or PDF?

Yes. FollowTab is designed to extract invoice details locally when possible. Always review the imported details before saving.

How do I restore FollowTab Pro Lifetime?

Open Settings in FollowTab and use Restore Purchase. App Store purchases are handled by Apple, so use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.

Before you delete the app

Deleting FollowTab may remove local app data from your device. If you need a copy of your records, export your data first from Settings using Export Data (CSV).
